What this article solves: where you pay, what payment methods work, how fast credits land, who to ask when they don't, and how to get an invoice.
Where to top up
Log in, open the Account page and click Top Up Credits. If your balance runs short mid-generation, the top-up window opens right there — no need to go looking. Pick a tier and a payment method and place the order.
Which payment methods work
- Mainland China: WeChat Pay and Alipay.
- Outside China: international payment channels are currently being enabled. Until they're live, email [email protected] if you need to top up and we'll sort it out with you.
The top-up window shows the methods available for the region you're connecting from. Where no channel is available yet, the page hands you [email protected] directly rather than letting you pick something you can't actually pay with.
Tiers and bonuses on larger top-ups
The rate is fixed at CN¥1 = 10 credits. Small tiers credit at exactly that ratio; larger tiers add a bonus on top — the CN¥100 tier, for example, currently carries extra credits beyond the base 1,000.
Which tiers exist and how much each adds is whatever the top-up page shows at the time (it's adjustable from the admin console), and the page states how many credits that specific order will deposit before you pay.
How long crediting takes, and what to do if it doesn't land
Credits post automatically once payment succeeds, and are normally usable immediately. Refresh the Account page to see the balance, or find the top-up entry in your credit history (last 100 transactions).
If money left your account and credits didn't arrive: don't pay again. Send the order time, the amount and the payment method to [email protected] and we'll reconcile the order by hand and confirm the deposit — the system has a manual crediting path built in for exactly this, and both the order and the ledger keep records we can match.
Do credits expire?
No. The system sets no validity period on credits; both purchased and granted credits stay in the account until you spend them.
Two related rules: credits already spent are not refundable, and jobs that fail refund their pre-authorized credits automatically. Details in How credits work and the Terms of Service.
Invoices
Invoicing is handled manually for now. Email [email protected] with these items:
- the date and amount of the top-up order or orders;
- the invoice title and taxpayer identification number;
- the email address the invoice should go to.
Larger volumes, corporate transfers or a contract
For bulk purchasing, payment by corporate bank transfer, or anything that needs a signed contract, write to [email protected] with your expected volume and requirements.
