HOW BILLING WORKS
Every credit is accounted for
Jobs run in the background, and both the charge and the refund leave a record — closing the page loses nothing.
Refunded on failure
If a generation fails, the credits go straight back — no ticket to file, no manual review to wait on. Bulk jobs also carry daily caps and circuit breakers, so one run can't empty your balance.
Downgrade returns the difference
Each job is routed across multiple models. If a cheaper model ends up doing the work, the difference is credited back to your account automatically.
Product fidelity is never traded away to save money
When your own photo is the input, a fidelity constraint is injected into every request: the product's shape, color and packaging text must be kept, and only background, scene and model change. It is the platform's highest-priority rule; in rare cases the model still drifts, in which case you can simply re-run, and failed jobs are refunded automatically.
