Is there a free tier?
You get 30 credits on sign-up, enough to generate right away without paying. Daily check-in starts at 5 credits and builds up to +35 a day on an unbroken streak. Everything is billed per generation and failed jobs are refunded automatically.
Will the AI alter my product?
Product fidelity is the platform's highest-priority rule: with your photo as input, the product's structure, color and packaging text must be preserved and only the background, scene and model change. In rare cases the model still drifts — just re-run; failed jobs are refunded automatically.
Which languages and marketplaces are supported?
The interface and copy support 8 languages — Chinese, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai. Image presets cover 11 marketplaces including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes, provided you hold the rights to what you upload. Where a real person's likeness is involved, an explicit authorization checkbox gates rendering. Background music must be a track you have already licensed — the platform does not supply a music library. We never train our own models on your assets. Marketplace review and advertising-law compliance of the output remain your responsibility; see the Terms of Service.
How much can I generate in bulk?
Runway videos can be ordered in bulk, up to 50 clips per batch, fingerprint-de-duplicated across 23,520 combinations so they never repeat. A platform-wide daily ceiling applies, backed by circuit breakers and automatic refunds — contact us if you need a higher quota.
Do I need to write prompts?
No. Fill in the product details or just upload a photo — the AI reads it and fills the rest. You can also start from a tool card or an official skill card and describe what you want in one sentence.
How long does a generation take?
Images usually finish in under a minute, videos in one to three minutes. Jobs run in the background — you can close the page and find the result under "My work".
How do I pay?
Inside China we support WeChat Pay and Alipay. International payment channels are being enabled — until then, email [email protected] and we will help you top up. Everything is billed in credits and usable immediately.
