Your First Hero Image in Three Minutes

From 30 free sign-up credits to your first product hero image: upload a photo, let the AI fill in the details, pick a template, generate, then download or save to your asset library.

What this article solves: it's your first time in and you don't know what to click. Follow this once and it costs you nothing — the 30 credits you get at sign-up cover several images, since generation starts at 2 credits apiece.

Step 1: Open an account

Go to the app and hit Sign up free. Email or phone both work; you'll get one verification code, and passwords need at least 8 characters. Sign-up credits your account with 30 credits, and the sign-up page also shows what daily check-in and referrals are worth.

After logging in you land on Home, with your credit balance in the top right. Click Creative Studio in the top bar, then the Image Generation sub-tab.

Step 2: Upload the product photo and let the AI fill in the blanks

On the left is the Product Info panel, with a Multiple source images upload slot underneath — up to 3 files. Start with one product photo; any background is fine as long as it's sharp. Anything you've uploaded before can be reused straight from Choose from Asset Library.

Once it's up, click Auto-fill product info with AI. Product name, category and selling points fill themselves in; skim them and fix whatever is wrong. Those fifteen seconds are worth spending — the more accurate the details, the closer the output sits to your actual product.

While you're there, hit Save to library on the source photo so other tools can pick it without a re-upload.

Step 3: Pick a template and generate

The middle panel is Pro templates. Choose one that suits your marketplace and the prompt below writes itself; you can still edit it by hand. The same block holds aspect ratio and resolution — hero images are usually 1:1.

Then click Generate images. Results typically come back in well under a minute, and the job runs on the server, so closing the page doesn't lose it.

Go do something else while it runs. Finished images are stored in the cloud; switching away won't cost you the result.

Getting the result out

In the image-generation results area, each image has Open original image underneath. If Canvas is enabled for your account, there's also Send to Canvas, where you can keep editing by simply telling the AI what to change.

For downloading and archiving, go to My Works in the top bar — every image, video and canvas collects there, searchable by title, each with Preview, Download, Save to library and Fine-tune. Download or save anything you care about promptly: generated links can be temporary, and once an asset is in the library, every tool can pull it in with one click.

The shorter route: e-commerce tool cards

If all you want is a clean white-background hero, skip the flow above. In Creative Studio, open E-commerce Tools, pick White-Background Product Image or Product Image Set from the toolbox on the left, upload your product photo, choose a background and click Generate Now. The results area comes with its own Download, and what the run actually cost shows up line by line under Account → Credit history.

If you don't like what comes out

  • Just run it again, or switch templates or background options. Most issues clear up in one more round.
  • If the product itself came back altered — wrong structure, wrong color, garbled packaging text — that's the rare drift case. A fidelity constraint is injected into every request, but it can still miss; re-running is the fix. See How product fidelity works.
  • Jobs that fail outright refund their credits automatically, so there's nothing to file with support. Your balance and every line item live under Account.
