This article answers one question: can the main images, scene shots, runway videos and drama ads you generate go straight onto a listing or into a paid ad?
In one line: yes, provided you hold lawful rights to the input material. But the compliance checks that come before listing and advertising are yours to run — the platform can't do them for you.
The precondition: the input has to be yours
The Terms of Service are blunt about this. The product photos, model shots and other material you upload must lawfully belong to you and must not infringe anyone's intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights; on that basis, you hold the right to use what you generate. The reverse also holds: pulling images from another store or influencer photos off the internet doesn't produce clean output just because they went through an AI.
We don't train our own models on your material
The privacy policy states it plainly: we do not use your material to train our own models. Material leaves the platform in exactly two situations — it's passed to the third-party model services we work with in order to complete a generation, and the information necessary for payment is passed to payment providers. Beyond what the law requires, we don't sell or disclose your personal information to other third parties. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the authoritative text.
Before you list or advertise, check these yourself
- Each marketplace's review rules. We provide main-image size presets for 11 marketplaces, which solves dimensions and composition — it does not mean a listing will pass review. Category restrictions, qualification requirements and content rules still follow each marketplace's current policy.
- Advertising law and claims. Absolute-superlative language, efficacy promises and comparative claims are risks that live in the copy. Copy written by AI has to clear your review just like anything else.
- Real people. Anything involving a real person requires likeness permission — see Why the likeness confirmation is mandatory.
- Background music. The platform provides no music library, and auto soundtrack only uses licensed audio you uploaded yourself — see Background music and copyright.
- Language and localization. On-image text follows the destination marketplace's language (the platform supports 8 languages), and it's worth having a native speaker glance over it before you publish.
Product fidelity is not a free pass
When your original photo is part of the input, a fidelity constraint is injected into every request: the product's shape, color and packaging text must be preserved, and only background, scene and model change. It's the platform's highest-priority rule — but in rare cases the model still drifts. When that happens, simply re-run it, and any job that fails releases the credits that were held.
Precisely because that rare case exists, give the output a human look before you publish: is the packaging text deformed, has the logo shifted, is the color off? Thirty seconds here is a lot cheaper than a takedown appeal. Details in How product fidelity works.
Who to ask
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern. For the specific compliance requirements of your own market — advertising and data regulations in your target countries, for instance — it's worth having a qualified legal advisor confirm. For individual cases, write to [email protected].
